Return & Refund Policy
At Northline Apparel, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help and will do our best to make the return and refund process simple and transparent.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all original tags attached and packaging intact.
For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may be marked as final sale at the time of purchase. Final sale items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us by email before sending any item back. Our support team will provide return instructions and confirm eligibility.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect, damaged, or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days and issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refunded amount in your account.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund, subject to availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. We will review the case promptly and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled or modified if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered processing, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the standard return process.
Shipping Fees
Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable. Since we offer free shipping on all orders, only the product value will be refunded once a return is approved.
